UTILISATION DU FOUR
Réglage du rôtissage par ventilation ( )
Les aliments sont cuits à l’aide du grand gril et de l’élément chauant inférieur
pendant qu’un ventilateur latéral répartit l’air chaud de manière uniforme.
Ce réglage est adapté pour faire rôtir de la viande et cuire des gratins.

placés à la hauteur ou ou .
Assurez-vous que les plats en verre sont adaptés à des températures comprises
entre 40 et 250°C.
