Solución de problemas
Antes de ponerse en contacto con un Centro de Servicios de Samsung, intente las siguientes
soluciones. Algunas situaciones podrían no aplicarse a su teclado.
El teclado no se enciende
Si la batería está completamente descargada, el teclado no se encenderá. Cargue la batería
completamente antes de encender el teclado.
El teclado no funciona
Si el teclado no funciona correctamente, intente resolver el problema apagando el teclado y
encendiéndolo nuevamente.
Si el teclado continúa sin responder, finalice la conexión Bluetooth y vuelva a conectarlo. Para ello
mantenga presionada la tecla
(
F11
o
F12
) durante aproximadamente tres segundos. Cuando el
teclado ingrese en el modo de vinculación Bluetooth, vuelva a conectar los dispositivo y compruebe
el funcionamiento del teclado.
Si el problema persiste, comuníquese con un Centro de Servicios de Samsung.
La batería no se carga correctamente (con cables USB y cargadores
aprobados por Samsung)
Asegúrese de que el cable USB o el cargador esté correctamente conectado.
Si el problema persiste, comuníquese con un Centro de Servicios de Samsung.
Otro dispositivo Bluetooth no puede ubicar el teclado

Asegúrese de que el teclado se encuentre en el modo de vinculación Bluetooth.
•
Reinicie el teclado y vuelva a buscarlo.

Asegúrese de que el teclado y el otro dispositivo Bluetooth se encuentren dentro del rango de
conexión Bluetooth (10 m).
