[Fall 1] Die Kamera ist abgeschaltet.
→ Schalten Sie die Kamera ein.
[Fall 2] Der USB-Treiber wurde nicht ordnungsgemäß installiert.
→ Installieren Sie den USB-Treiber ordnungsgemäß. Siehe Seite 115.
[Fall 3] Das USB-Kabel ist nicht angeschlossen oder es wird ein Kabel mit den falschen
Spezifikationen verwendet.
→ Verwenden Sie ein USB-Kabel mit den erforderlichen technischen Daten.
[Fall 4] Die Kamera wird von Ihrem Computer nicht erkannt. Manchmal erscheint die
Kamera unter [Unbekanntes Gerät] im Gerätemanager.
→ Installieren Sie den Kameratreiber ordnungsgemäß. Schalten Sie die Kamera
aus, entfernen Sie das USB-Kabel, schließen Sie das USB-Kabel wieder an und
schalten Sie die Kamera ein.
[Fall 5] Bei der Dateiübertragung tritt ein unerwarteter Fehler auf.
→ Schalten Sie die Kamera aus und wieder ein.
Übertragen Sie die Datei noch einmal.
[Fall 6] Wie kann ich feststellen, ob mein Computer eine USB-Schnittstelle unterstützt?
→ Überprüfen Sie den USB-Port an Ihrem Computer oder Ihrer Tastatur.
