Wenn ein PC (Windows 98) bei angeschlossener Kamera wiederholt "einfriert"
Wenn ein PC (Windows 98) lange eingeschaltet war und die Kamera mehrfach
angeschlossen wurde, wird die Kamera evtl. nicht mehr erkannt. In diesem Fall den PC
neu starten.
Wenn ein PC (Windows 98) bei angeschlossener Kamera während des Startvorganges nicht
mehr reagiert.
In diesem Fall den PC und die Kamera ausschalten, Windows wird dann starten.
Wenn das Problem anhält, deaktivieren Sie die USB-Legacyunterstützung und starten Sie
den PC neu. Die USB-Legacyunterstützung findet sich im Einrichtungsmenü des BIOS’.
(Das Einrichtungsmenü des BIOS’ unterscheidet sich je nach Hersteller des PCs, manche
Einrichtungsmenüs bieten keine Einstellung für die USB-Legacyunterstützung). Sollten
Sie die Änderung nicht selbst vornehmen können, so wenden Sie sich bitte an den PC-
oder BIOS-Hersteller.
Wenn der Videoclip nicht gelöscht, der austauschbare Datenträger nicht ausgeworfen
werden kann, oder während der Übertragung eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt wird.
Die o.a. Problem treten manchmal auf, wenn nur das Programm Digimax Master installiert
wird.
- Schließen Sie den Digimax Master, indem Sie auf das entsprechende Symbol in der
Taskleiste klicken.
- Installieren Sie alle auf der Software-CD enthaltenen Programme.
