I have a Salter EK5119 soup maker. Stopped and bleeped after about 14 minutes. Shows fault sign E1. What does this mean. I have taken soup out, no big lumps. Was not past Max fluid level. Tried clean water to do a clean. The level was between Min level and Max level. How do I reset please? Still showing E1. Iris Walls, Jarrow. Bought soup maker from Amazon.
