hi I replaced the batteries on my SALTER 9192WH3R and i wei : 4957

hi I replaced the batteries on my SALTER 9192WH3R and i weighed myself , but when it switches off the back light stays on and when you step onto the scales it wont work. the scales only work if you remove a battery and replace it again but when it turns off you have to repeat the procedure.
