LECTURE DU POIDS ET DE LA MASSE LIPIDIQUE

Placez le pèse-personne sur une surface de niveau plat.

1) Appuyez sur le bouton SET.

2) Sélectionnez votre numéro d’utilisateur en appuyant

sur les boutons ▲ ou ▼.

3) ATTENDEZ que l’affichage reconfirme vos données

personnelles puis indique la remise à zéro.

4) Lorsque le zéro s’affiche, montez sur le plateau A

PIEDS NUS et restez immobile.Assurez-vous de bien

placer vos pieds en contact direct avec les 4 supports

du plateau. Une lecture complète sera ainsi possible.

5) Après quelques secondes vous entendrez un bip.

Descendez du pèse-personne.

6) Votre poids s’affichera, suivi de vos pourcentages de

masse lipidique, de masse hydrique totale, de masse

musculaire, votre IMC et votre taux métabolique

basal (TMB).
