CONSEJOS DE USOY CUIDADO

• Pésese siempre con la misma balanza, situada en la misma superficie del suelo.

No compare las lecturas de pesos obtenidos con diferentes balanzas ya que habrá diferencias

causadas por las tolerancias de fabricación

• La colocación de su balanza en un suelo duro y uniforme garantiza una exactitud y una

regularidad óptimas.

• Para obtener resultados de una forma sistemática, se recomienda que realice las mediciones a la

misma hora del día, preferiblemente al anochecer, antes de cenar.

• La balanza redondea la lectura hacia arriba o hacia abajo, al valor más cercano.

Si se pesa dos veces y obtiene dos lecturas distintas, su peso es un valor intermedio.

• Limpie la balanza con un paño húmedo. No utilice agentes de limpieza químicos.

• No permita que la balanza se moje ya que esto puede dañar los componentes electrónicos.

• Trate la balanza con cuidado - es un instrumento de precisión. No la deje caer ni salte sobre ella.

• Cuando realice las mediciones de grasa corporal y agua corporal total debe estar descalzo.

• El estado de la piel de la planta de sus pies puede afectar la lectura.

Para obtener la lectura más exacta y consistente posibles, límpiese los pies con un paño húmedo,

dejándolos ligeramente húmedos antes de subir a la balanza.
