PREPARACIÓN DE UNA JARRA
DE CAFÉ
1. Selecciona el ltro que se adecúe a la cantidad
de café que quieras preparar.

Utilizar el portaltros sin el ltro de malla o un ltro
de papel, podría hacer que el agua rebose durante
la extracción del café.
2. Llena el depósito de agua con agua fría del grifo
hasta la marca MAX.
NOTA
Esta cafetera utilizará toda el agua del depósito.
Debes asegurarte de no llenarlo más allá de
la marca MAX.
3. Muele suciente café para la cantidad que
desees preparar. Para llenar la jarra de 12 tazas,
recomendamos 108 g de café (aproximada‑
mente 13 cucharadas al ras medidas con el
dosicador de Sage
®
). Se necesita alrededor
de 1 cucharada cada 150 ml.
4. Coloca el ltro de malla o un ltro de papel
adecuado (cónico o de base plana) en el por‑
taltros. Añade el café molido y luego coloca
el portaltros en la máquina.
NOTA
Nunca combines el ltro de malla con un ltro
de papel.
5. Encaja la tapa de la jarra y coloca la jarra
debajo del mecanismo antigoteo.

PRECAUCIÓN
La jarra debe estar correctamente colocada ANTES
de iniciar la extracción del café con un nivel de agua
en el depósito que supere la marca para una taza,
“SINGLE CUP”. De lo contrario, el ltro de agua
rebosará.
PROPORCIÓN DE CAFÉ/AGUA
Recomendamos usar 1 cucharada al ras de café molido, medida con el dosicador Sage, por cada 150 ml
de agua. Puedes modicar las cantidades para adaptarlas a tu gusto. La capacidad máxima de café molido
es de 12 cucharadas del dosicador Sage al ras. Superar esta cantidad podría causar que el ltro rebose.
