Gofres básicos (Para 4 personas.)
• 170 g harina
• 15 g levadura
• 3 g sal
• 30 g azúcar moreno extrano
• 2 huevos camperos grandes
• 250 ml leche entera
• 3 ml extracto de vainilla
1. Tamice la harina, la sal, la levadura y el azúcar en un bol.
2. Separe las yemas de las claras. Bata las yemas, la leche, el azúcar y la vainilla en un bol aparte. Añada
el contenido de este bol al de los ingredientes secos y mezcle bien.
3. Monte las claras a punto de nieve e incorpórelas a la masa con movimientos delicados, intentando
conservar todo el aire que pueda. Se recomienda cocinar la masa a temperatura ambiente.

CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO
1. Desenchufe la sandwichera y espere a que se enfríe antes de limpiarla y guardarla.

En los lugares donde las placas superior e inferior hacen contacto, las supercies antiadherentes pueden
mostrar signos de desgaste. Se trata de una cuestión puramente estética y no debería afectar al
funcionamiento de la parrilla.
