the body.
4. Screw the ring nut onto the body. Use the spanner to tighten the ring nut. The spanner is designed to
slip once the correct tightening force is applied. Don't overtighten the nut.

6. Fit the attachment into the drive at an angle (Fig L).
7. Rotate the accessory anticlockwise until it locks (Fig M).

2. Fit the sausage plate over the shaft.
3. Fit the nozzle you want to use.
4. Follow steps 4 to 6 above).
USING
Use the fine screen to grind raw meat for ground meat or meatballs and citrus peel.
If you need an extra-fine grind, for sausages or pâté, put the meat through the grinder again.
Use the coarse screen to grind raw meat for burgers.
When grinding anything else, use whichever screen gives the size you want.
1. Cut meat into strips 25mm square and set them on the tray.
2. Put the plug into the power socket.
3. Select speed 4 or above.
4. Remove the pusher and drop the ingredients down the tube.
5. Replace the pusher and use it to push the ingredients gently down the tube.
6. When you’ve finished, run scraps of bread through the grinder to clear the screen.
7. Switch the appliance off (0) and unplug it.
To make sausages:
1. Grind the meat first and mix it with any other ingredients you want to use.
2. Knot the end of the sausage skin then fit it over the end of the nozzle.
3. Put the plug into the power socket.
4. Select speed 4. Slower speeds will help your control until you gain experience.
5. Remove the pusher and drop the ingredients down the tube.
6. As the skin fills with sausage meat, twist it at the desired length into individual sausages.
