Pór a zemiaky mixujte 2 sekundy. Preložte do veľkej rajnice. Pridajte vodu a bujóny. Priveďte do varu, za
stáleho miešania. Znížte oheň. Rajnicu prikryte pokrievkou. Varte na miernom ohni 20 minút. Odložte z
ohňa. Nechajte vychladnúť 30 minút. Zmixujte do hladka. Priveďte do teploty vhodnej na podávanie (nie
až do varu). Dochuťte korením. Podávajte s chlebom.
Ak chcete Vichyssoise, pridajte trochu pažítky k póru a zemiakom, pred zohriatím pridajte do rajnice malú
hrudku masla, polievku namiesto opätovného zohrievania nechajte vychladnúť, a pred podávaním na
studeno do nej prišľahajte 75ml smotany.
PIKANTNÁ TEKVICOVÁ POLIEVKA
450g tekvica
15ml zeleninový olej
1 pór
1 strúčikov cesnak
450ml kurací/zeleninový bujón
2.5g pomletý zázvor
15ml smotana na varenie/ crème fraiche
2.5g pomletý koriander
1 strapec koriandrové lístky
soľ a čierne korenie
Tekvicu ošúpajte, zbavte semien a nakrájajte na kusy. V panvici zohrejte olej. Pridajte pór, cesnak a korenia.
Miešajte 3 minúty. Pridajte bujón a tekvicu. Priveďte do varu, za stáleho miešania. Znížte oheň. Rajnicu
prikryte pokrievkou. Varte na miernom ohni 20-30 minút. Odložte z ohňa. Vmiešajte koriander a smotanu.
Nechajte vychladnúť 30 minút. Mixujte do hladka (ak treba, mixujte v dávkach). Priveďte do teploty
vhodnej na podávanie (nie až do varu). Dochuťte korením. Podávajte s chlebom.
KORIANDROVÉ PESTO
2 za hrsť koriandrové lístky
2 strúčik cesnak
60g píniové oriešky
125ml olivový olej
60g parmezán, nastrúhaný
Pomixujte koriander, cesnak, píniové oriešky a polovicu oleja do hladkej hmoty. Preložte do veľkej misy.
Vmiešajte do hmoty parmezán. Pridajte olej a upravte konzistenciu: Na namáčanie: hustá Na polevu:
stredne hustá Na omáčku na cestoviny: riedka.

300 ml pomarančový džús

2 broskyne, bez kôstky
60 ml jogurt
200 ml mlieko
10 ml med
600 ml jablkový džús
1 mango, bez kôstky
OVOCNÉ SMOOTHIE
Všetko rozmixujte nahladko.
