KRYDDAD PUMPASOPPA
450g pumpa
15ml vegetabilisk olja
1 purjolökar
1 klyfta vitlök
450ml buljongtärning (kyckling eller
vegetabilisk)
2.5g malen ingefära
15ml kaegrädde/crème fraîche
2.5g malen koriander
1 bunt korianderblad
salt och peppar
Skala pumpan, ta bort kärnorna och skär den i bitar. Värm upp olja i en kastrull. Tillsätt purjolök, vitlök och
kryddor. Rör om i 3 minuter. Tillsätt buljongtärning och pumpa. Låt koka under omrörning. Sänk värmen.
Lägg ett lock över kastrullen. Sjud i 20-30 minuter. Ta bort från värmen. Rör ned koriander och grädde/
crème fraiche. Låt svalna i 30 minuter. Mixa tills en slät konsistens uppnåtts (vid behov kan man mixa en
mindre mängd åt gången ). Värm till serveringstemperatur (låt den inte koka). Krydda efter smak. Servera
med bröd.
KORIANDERPESTO
2 handfull korianderblad
2 klyfta vitlök
60g pinjenötter
125ml olivolja
60g parmesanost, riven
Blanda koriander,vitlök, pinjenötter och hälften av oljan till en slät massa. Lägg över i en stor skål. Rör i
parmesanosten. Tillsätt olja för rätt konsistens: Till dippsås: tjock. Till fyllning: medium. Till pastasås: tunn.

5ml honung
300ml mjölk
1 banan
12 jordgubbar
400ml mjölk
1 banan
20ml honung
10ml vaniljsocker
360ml lemonad
125g vaniljglass
70g bbär
300ml apelsinjuice
300ml tranbärsjuice
1 banan
4 aprikoser, en halv konservburk
80ml aprikossaft (från konservburken)
2 persikor, utan kärnor
60ml yoghurt
200ml mjölk
10ml honung
