NABODALA Z JAGNJETINO, KORIANDROM, METO IN JOGURTOM (6 nabodal)
500 g jagnjetine (pleča), 1–2-centimetrski kosi
Šopek svežega koriandra
Šopek sveže mete
200 g grškega jogurta
3 g paprike
3 g čilija v prahu
3 g mlete kumine
Sol in zdrobljen črni poper

V skledi zmešajte koriander, meto, jogurt, papriko, čili, kumino in sol ter poper. Dodajte jagnjetino in jo
dobro prekrijte z omako. Z omako prevlečene kose jagnjetine nataknite na nabodala (lesena nabodala
namakajte 15 minut pred uporabo). Pustite, da se marinirajo v hladilniku vsaj 2 uri. Pred pečenjem jih 15-20
minut prej vzemite iz hladilnika. Žar predhodno ogrejte na nastavitev 5. Ko je žar segret, jagnjetino na
nabodalih pecite tako dolgo, dokler sok, ki izteče iz mesa, ni bister.
MARINIRANE KRALJEVE KOZICE (za 4 osebe)
20 kraljevih kozic, olupljenih
½ rdečega čilija, tanko narezanega na majhne
kocke
5 g svežega ingverja, tanko naribanega
1 list limete, narezan
2 stroka česna, tanko nasekljana
20 ml sezamovega olja
15 ml svetle sojine omake
15 ml sladke čilijeve omake
¼ šopka svežega koriandra, nasekljanega

Vse sestavine zmešajte v skledi, nato dodajte kozice. Prekrijte z živilsko folijo in pustite, da se marinirajo v
hladilniku vsaj 2 uri. Žar predhodno ogrejte na nastavitev 5. Ko je žar segret, odcedite odvečno marinado s
kozic in jih položite na žar. Pecite na vsaki strani 2–3 minute, dokler kozice niso povsem roza barve.
POLPETE ZA HAMBURGER IZ SLADKEGA KROMPIRJA (810 polpet)
6 sladkih krompirjev
150 g krušnih drobtin
1 rdeči čili, tanko narezan na majhne kocke
1 rdeča čebula, tanko narezana na majhne
kocke
4 g mlete kumine
3 g muškatnega cveta
½ šopka svežega koriandra
½ limone, sok
Sol in poper po okusu
Sladki krompir operite in naluknjajte z vilico. Položite jih na pekač in pecite v pečici pri 180 ºC, dokler se ne
zmehčajo. Pustite, da se sladki krompir nekoliko ohladi, nato ga prerežite na pol in z žlico odstranite meso.
Sladki krompir in vse ostale sestavine zmešajte v skledi. Krompirjevo mešanico razdelite na 8 enakih delov
in oblikujte v obliko polpete za hamburger. Postavite v hladilnik za 20 minut. Žar predhodno ogrejte na
nastavitev 5. Ko je žar vroč, ploščo premažite z malo olivnega olja in pecite polpete za hamburger 56
minut na vsaki strani.
