RAŽNJIĆI OD JANJETINE S KORIJANDEROM, METVICOM I JOGURTOM (za 6 ražnjića)
500 g janjeće lopatice isjeckane na kockice
veličine 1-2 cm
1 vezica svježeg korijandera
1 vezica svježe metvice
200 g grčkog jogurta
3 g paprike
3 g čilija u prahu
3 g mljevenog kumina
Soli i izmrvljenog crnog papra
6 štapića za ražnjiće
U zdjeli miješajte korijander, metvicu, jogurt, papriku, čili, kumin i začine. Dodajte janjetinu pazeći da je
dobro prelivena. Stavite prelivene komadiće janjetine na štapiće za ražnjiće (namočite drvene štapiće 15
minuta prije uporabe). Ostavite marinadu u hladnjaku najmanje 2 sata. Izvadite iz hladnjaka 15-20 minuta
prije pečenja. Prethodno zagrijte roštilj na postavku 5. Kad je roštilj zagrijan, pecite janjetinu na štapićima
za ražnjiće dok iz nje ne počne curiti proziran sok.
MARINIRANE KRALJEVSKE KOZICE (za 4 porcije)
20 kraljeveskih kozica, oljuštenih
½ crvenog feferona, izrezanog na male kockice
5 g svježeg đumbira, sitno naribanog
1 list limete, izrezan
2 češnja češnjaka, fino nasjeckanog
20 ml sezamovog ulja
15 ml svijetlog umaka od soje
15 ml umaka od slatkog čilija
¼ vezice svježeg korijandera, nasjeckanog

U zdjeli izmiješajte zajedno sve sastojke i potom dodajte kozice. Pokrijte prozirnom pripijajućom folijom i
ostavite da se marinira u hladnjaku najmanje 2 sata. Prethodno zagrijte roštilj na postavku 5. Kad je
zagrijan, otkapajte višak marinade s kozica i potom ih stavite na roštilj. Pecite 2-3 minuta sa svake strane
dok kozice ne postanu u potpunosti ružičaste.
BURGERI OD SLATKOG KRUMPIRA 8-10 burgera)
6 slatkih krumpira
150 g krušnih mrvica
1 crveni feferon, izrezan na male kockice
1 glavica crvenog luka, izrezanog na male
kockice
4 g mljevenog kumina
3 g mljevenog muškatnog cvijeta
½ vezice svježeg korijandera
½ limuna, sok
Soli i papra po želji
Operite i vilicom probodite krumpire. Stavite ih na pladanj za pečenje i pecite u pećnici na 180 ºC dok ne
omekšaju. Ostavite slatke krumpire da se malo ohlade, te ih prerežite na polovicu i žličicom izvadite pulpu.
U zdjeli miješajte slatki krumpir sa svim ostalim sastojcima. Podijelite mješavinu krumpira na osam
jednakih porcija i oblikujte burgere. Ostavite u hladnjaku 20 minuta. Prethodno zagrijte roštilj na postavku
5. Kad je vruć, četkicom premažite ploču s malo maslinovog ulja i pecite burgere 5-6 minuta sa svake
strane.
