CARTUCCIA FILTRANTE BRITA® MAXTRA

La cartuccia ltrante contiene resine a scambio ionico e carboni attivi.

Riduce il calcare e le sostanze, come il cloro, che alterano il gusto e l’odore dell’acqua, se presenti in

quantità rilevante nell’acqua di rubinetto.

La riduzione delle impurità dona all’acqua un aspetto e un sapore migliore e la diminuzione del calcare

favorisce, inoltre, il buon funzionamento del bollitore.

Ricordate: l’acqua è un cibo e, in quanto tale, si deteriora. Usare l’acqua ltrata entro un giorno.

PRIMA DI UTILIZZARE L’APPARECCHIO PER LA PRIMA VOLTA

• Premere la chiusura del coperchio per aprirlo.

• Rimuovere la cartuccia ltrante dall’interno del bollitore.

COME PREPARARE LA CARTUCCIA FILTRANTE

1. Aprire il coperchio.

2. Per rimuovere una cartuccia ltrante usata, tenere saldamente il condotto di riempimento con una

mano, aerrare la parte superiore della cartuccia ltrante con l’altra mano ed estrarla tirandola verso

l’alto.

3. Togliere la nuova cartuccia ltrante dalla confezione.

4. Non preoccuparsi se la confezione è umida all’interno – si tratta di semplice condensazione.

5. Potrebbero esserci delle particelle di carbone nero nella confezione o sulla cartuccia ltrante. Non

preoccuparsi, sono innocue.

6. Per assicurare un funzionamento eciente, rimuovere tutta l’aria intrappolata nella cartuccia

ltrante.

7. Immergere la cartuccia ltrante in una terrina contenente acqua fredda e agitarla delicatamente no

a quando non rilascia più bollicine.

8. Si possono notare delle particelle di carbone nero che galleggiano sull’acqua. Di nuovo, non

preoccuparsi perché sono innocue.

9. Antecedentemente al primo uso, si deve lavare la cartuccia ltrante con un getto d’acqua.

10. Spingere la cartuccia ltrante nell’imbuto no a quando non scende più.

11. Riempire rapidamente il condotto di riempimento.

12. Riempirlo ancora quando si svuota.

13. Così facendo, si dovrebbe riempire il bollitore all’incirca no all’indicatore di livello max.

14. Eliminare l’acqua e ripetere l’operazione.

15. Quando sono state gettate due quantità di acqua, la cartuccia ltrante è pronta per l’uso.

AZZERARE IL BRITA® MEMO

Questo indica la durata residua della cartuccia ltrante, la cui durata totale è di 4 settimane.

1. Premere e tenere abbassato il pulsante START no a quando non appaiono tutte e 4 le barre che

lampeggiano due volte, quindi rilasciarlo.

2. Ogni settimana, una barra scomparirà.

3. Quando tutte e 4 le barre scompaiono, una freccia lampeggiante appare in alto sul display. Questo

indica che bisogna sostituire la cartuccia ltrante.
