2 h φύλλα κόλιανδρου

2 c σκόρδο

60 g κουκουναρόσποροι

125 m ελαιόλαδο

60 g Παρεζάνα, τριένη

Χτυπήστε στο πλέντερ τον κόλιανδρο, το σκόρδο, του κουκουναρόσπορου και το ισό λάδι έχρι να

γίνουν ια οοιόορφη κρέα. Μεταφέρετε σε ένα εγάλο πολ. Προσθέστε την παρεζάνα

ανακατεύοντα. Προσθέστε λάδι ώστε να πετύχετε την πυκνότητα που θέλετε: Για ντιπ: πηχτό. Για

γαρνίρισα: έτριο. Για σάλτσα ζυαρικών: αραιό.
