Mešajte zajedno korijander, beli luk, pinjole i pola količine ulja dok se ne dobije
glatka smesa. Premestite smesu u veliku zdelu. Umešajte parmezan. Dodajte ulje da
biste regulisali konsistenciju: Za umak: gušća. Za preliv: srednja. Za sos za pastu:
ređa.

2 vlašac 1 komadić oljuštenog đumbira
1 c beli luk 15ml sos od soje
10ml belo vinsko sirće 15ml senf
5ml paradajz pire
Mešajte sve zajedno dok se ne dobije glatka smesa. Služite uz piletinu, ribu ili kao
umak.
SOS OD CRNIH MASLINKI I INĆUNA
125g crne maslinke bez koštica 30g oceđeni fileti inćuna
25g oceđeni kapari 75ml maslinovo ulje
15ml brendi (po volji) crni biber
Ostavite na stranu polovinu ulja. Mešajte sve ostalo. Dodajte ulje da biste regulisali
konsistenciju: Za tapenade: gušća. Za sos za pastu: ređa. Začinite crnim biberom.
SOS OD PARADAJZA SA KOMADIĆIMA
¼ crveni čili (bez semenki) ½ crvena paprika
400g paradajz (iz konzerve) ½ zelena paprika
1 c beli luk 60ml paradajz pire
1 h peršun 8ml maslinovo ulje
2.5g so ½ luk
Postavite nož. Iseckajte na komadiće luk, crvenu papriku, zelenu papriku, beli luk,
čili i peršun. Dodajte paradajz, maslinovo ulje, paradajz pire i so. Mešajte 5 sekundi.
SOS OD RENA I JABUKE
1 oguljena i narendana kiseljkasta jabuka
125ml masnija pavlaka
45g začin rena 5g paprika
Mešajte kremu dok se ne počne lagano podizati. Premestite smesu u veliku zdelu.
Dodajte preostale sastojke. Začinite crnim biberom. Služite uz goveđe meso ili
kobasice.
