Mali pregršt svježih listova rikule za serviranje
Tostirajte orahe na vrućem roštilju 1 - 2 minute, ostavite ih da se malo ohlade i grubo ih nasjeckajte. Nakon
toga, pecite trake slanine na roštilju oko 2 - 4 minute do željene razine hrskavosti. Skinite ih s roštilja i
stavite na kuhinjski papir.
Pošpricajte svaku krišku kruha maslinovim uljem ili, ako vam se više sviđa, premažite ih maslacem.
Napunite izmrvljenim stilton sirom, potom stavite slaninu i orahe. Pecite na roštilju postavljenom na

odmara 5 minuta.
U međuvremenu premažite obje strane hrskavog kruha umakom od hrena, napunite odreskom, rajčicama,
potočarkom i začinite crnim paprom. Poklopite drugom polovicom kruha, ponovo stavite na roštilj i
tostirajte 2 minute dok se kruh ne ugrije u sredini i postane malo hrskav.
