NIEKOĽKO RECEPTOV, KTORÉ VÁS NAŠTARTUJÚ
ŠTANDARDNÝ REŽIM GRILOVANIA
Grilovaný steak z tuniaka s krustou z čierneho korenia
2 čerstvé steaky z tuniaka
15g čerstvo na hrubo pomleté čierne korenie
25g múka so štipkou soli
1 vajce (vyšľahané)
chlebové omrvinky (z 1 krajca čerstvého bieleho alebo celozrného chleba)
Múku, vajce, chlebové omrvinky a čierne korenie dajte do jednotlivých nádob. Najskôr obaľte steaky z
tuniaka v múke, potom v rozšľahanom vajci, nasledujú chlebové omrvinky a nakoniec nahrubo pomleté
čierne korenie. Rybu dobre potľapkajte, aby ste spevnili krustu. Položte steaky tuniaka v obale na horúci
gril a grilujte 2 - 3 minúty alebo 1 - 2 minúty, ak dávate prednosť menej prepečenému tuniaku.
NASTAVENIE GRILU NA “ROZTÁPANIE
Zapečený trojaký syr s cesnakom a šampiňónmi
1 malá francúzska bageta, chrumkavá žemľa alebo ciabatta
1 pokvapkanie olivovým olejom (použite olej s príchuťou, ako je bazalka alebo čili, ak to máte radi)
25g strúhaný vyzretý syr typu Cheddar
25g strúhaný syr Mozzarella
25g strúhaný syr Gruyere alebo Ementál
3 - 4 šampiňóny (nakrájané na tenké plátky)
1 strúčik cestnaku (roztlačený)
malá hrsť čerstvej petržlenovej vňate (posekanej)
Prekrojte pečivo po dĺžke, pokvapkajte obe strany olejom a potrite roztlačeným cesnakom. Poukladajte na
obe strany tri druhy syra, potom petržlenovú vňať a nakoniec šampiňóny. Grilujte na predhriatom grile v
režime roztápania 3 - 4 minúty, alebo kým sa všetok syr nerozpustí.
Panini z celozrného chleba typu Granary s údenou slaninou, syrom Stilton a praženými vlašskými orechami
2 hrubé krajce celozrného chleba typu Granary (alebo použite chlieb s vlašskými orechami alebo čierny
chlieb)
5ml olivový olej alebo maslo
50g syr Stilton
2 plátky údenej slaniny
2 - 4 vlašské orechy
malá hrsť čerstvej rukoly na servírovanie
Popražte vlašské orechy na horúcom grile 1 - 2 minúty, nechajte trochu vychladnúť a nasekajte ich
nahrubo. Ďalej opražte na grile plátky slaniny asi 3 - 4 minúty kým nie sú chrumkavé podľa vášho želania.
