Grilovaný steak sendvič s křenem, oválnými rajčaty a řeřichou

2 široké krajíce křupavého chleba (jako je sourdough nebo ciabatta)

1 steak z roštěnce

2 polévková lžíce křenové omáčky

2 - 3 na plátky nakrájená oválná rajčata

Malá hrst řeřichy

Steak z roštěnce na horkém grilu grilujte podle vašeho uvážení 2 - 3 minuty. Z grilu sejměte a nechte 5

minut odpočívat.

Mezitím natřete obě strany křupavého chleba křenovou omáčkou, nahoru dejte steak, pak rajčata, řeřichu a

nakonec okořeňte černým pepřem. Nahoru přiložte druhou půlku chleba, položte zpět na gril a grilujte 2

minuty, dokud nebude chleba dobře prohřátý a lehce křupavý.
