ALGUMAS RECEITAS PARA COMEÇAR
MODO DE GRELHAR NORMAL
Bife de atum grelhado com cobertura de pimenta preta
2 bifes de atum frescos
15 g de pimenta preta moída grosseiramente (no momento)
25 g de farinha com uma pitada de sal
1 ovo (batido)
Pão ralado (de 1 fatia de pão branco ou 100% integral fresco)
Coloque a farinha, o ovo, o pão ralado e a pimenta preta em pratos separados. Primeiro, mergulhe os bifes
de atum na farinha, em seguida, o ovo batido, o pão ralado e, por fim, a pimenta preta moída. Faça pressão
sobre o peixe firmemente para fixar a cobertura.
Coloque os bifes de atum revestidos sobre o grelhador quente e deixe cozinhar durante 2-3 minutos ou, se
preferir o atum mal passado, 1-2 minutos.
