2. Polako zajedno istopite čokoladu, maslac i koricu naranče. Odvojeno tucite šećer i jaja zajedno dok smjesa ne postane svijetla i pjenasta. Uklonite koricu naranče iz
čokoladne mješavine. Izmiješajte čokoladnu mješavinu s jajima i šećerom.
3. Prosijte brašno, kakao prah i prašak za pecivo. Umiješajte ih u čokoladnu mješavinu dok se sve dobro ne ujedini.
4. Razdijelite mješavinu u kalupe i ostavite u hladnjaku najmanje 20 minuta.
5. Odaberite način Prženje/Pečenje. Postavite rešetku u posudu na niskom položaju i zagrijte 2 minute. Pažljivo postavite čokoladne fondante na rešetku i postavite
vrijeme na 12-13 minuta. Pecite dok se ne počne stvarati korica na gornjem dijelu i dok se fondanti ne počnu odvajati od stijenki kalupa.
6. Kad su pečeni, ostavite ih da miruju 1 minutu prije nego što ih poslužite.
