pot-au-feu à base de poitrine de bœuf i cuisson lente
1k poitrine de bœuf 2T de purée de tomate
2c ail, pelé et haché 2l feuille de laurier
5 0g chorizo, coupé en tranches 2 carottes
2 oignons rouges, hachés 3L céleri
6 0 0m bouillon de bœuf 2s romarin, haché
2T mélange d’herbes séchées 1J tomates en morceaux
6-8 pommes de terre (petites) sel et poivre
2T sauce Worcestershire
Laissez les peaux sur les pommes de terre. Coupez les pommes de terre, les carottes et le céleri
en morceaux. Assaisonnez la poitrine de bœuf avec du sel et du poivre. Ouvrez le couvercle.
Sélectionnez S sur le menu et appuyez sur le bouton v. Ajoutez le bouillon. Amener à
ébullition, en mélangeant. Laisser mijoter pendant 10 minutes. Versez le bouillon dans une
carafe. Faites revenir le chorizo pendant 2 minutes. Ajouter la viande. Dorez sur tous les côtés.
Ajoutez les oignons, l'ail, les pommes de terre, le céleri et les carottes. Si vous avez d'autres
légumes-racines que vous devez consommer, ajoutez-les aussi à la préparation. Faites cuire
jusqu'à ce que les oignons soient tendres. Ajoutez le bouillon. Ajoutez les ingrédients restants.
Appuyez sur le bouton w deux fois pour arrêter le programme. Sélectionnez i. Attendez que le
programme se termine, puis servez. Vous pouvez prolonger la cuisson sans problème jusqu'à 8
heures, mais la préparation sera probablement prête à servir au bout de 5 heures.
