2 gomolji komarčka, narezani na rezine 4 c česen (natrt)
½ limona 1 kg piščanec
2 t olivnega olja sol in poper
Segrejte na 180 stopinj. V košaro dajte komarček in česen. Limono potisnite v piščanca. Kožo
natrite z olivnim oljem. Začinite s soljo in poprom. Piščanca dajte v košaro. Kuhajte 50 minuti. Na
polovici kuhanja stresite košaro. Preden boste jed postregli, naj počiva 10 minut.
solata s pečeno bučo za 2 osebe
in rdečo papriko priloga za 4 osebe
800g maslena buča, olupljena 2 t olivnega olja
2 s timijan sol in poper
2 rdeča paprika, narezana 1 T šerijevega kisa/rdečega vinskega kisa
50g listi rukole 150g kozji sir (mehak)
50g bučna semena
Segrejte na 200 stopinj. Bučo narežite na 25-milimetrske kocke. V skledi zmešajte bučo, olje in
timijan. Začinite s soljo in poprom. Mešanico dajte v košaro. Kuhajte 20 minuti. Na polovici
kuhanja stresite košaro. Dodajte papriko. Kuhajte 10 minuti. Mešanico dajte na servirni krožnik.
Pustite, da se jed hladi 10 minut. Dodajte kis in liste rukole ter premešajte. Po vrhu nadrobite
kozji sir in bučna semena.
Lososove polpete z ingverjem in čilijem za 2 osebe
250g file lososa 200g zmečkan krompir
1 t ingverjeva pasta 1 rdeči čili, drobno narezan
1 T koriander, drobno nasekljan 4 mladih čebul, olupljenih, drobno narezanih
75g krušne drobtine 50g gladka moka

Segrejte na 180 stopinj. Ribo dajte v košaro. Kuhajte 5 minuti. Pustite, da se jed hladi 10 minut. V
skledi zmešajte ribo, krompir, ingver, čili, mlado čebulo in koriander. Začinite s soljo in poprom.
Mešanico razdelite v 4 hlebčke. V skledi zmešajte krušne drobtine, peteršilj in limonov sok. Moko
presejte v skledo. V skledi stepite jajca. Hlebčke povaljajte v moki, nato v jajcu in na koncu v
drobtinah. Hlebčke dajte v košaro. Kuhajte 15 minuti. Obrnite hrano med kuhanjem na polovici.
Postrezite z limonovimi krhlji in solato.
krompirjevi krhlji z rožmarinom in česnom priloga za 4 osebe
500g krompirjevi krhlji 3 c česen (natrt)
3 s rožmarin, drobno narezan 2 t olivnega olja
1 T semolina/fina polenta 1 t sol
Segrejte na 200 stopinj. Vse sestavine zmešajte v skledi. Mešanico dajte v košaro. Kuhajte 30
minuti. Na polovici kuhanja stresite košaro.
ribji trakci za 2 osebe
75g krušne drobtine 2 T peteršilj (drobno narezan)
1 T naribana limonina lupinica 50g gladka moka
2 E 350g polenovka/vahnja
Ribo narežite na 2-centimetrske trakove. V skledi zmešajte krušne drobtine, peteršilj in limonov
sok. Moko presejte v skledo. V skledi stepite jajca. Ribo povaljajte v moki, nato v jajcu in na
koncu v drobtinah. Ribo položite na krožnik. Pokrijte in postavite v hladilnik za 30 minut.
Segrejte na 180 stopinj. Ribo dajte v košaro. Kuhajte 15 minuti. Obrnite hrano med kuhanjem na
polovici. Postrezite z limonovimi krhlji.
