štapiće za ražnjiće na rešetku. Kuhajte 15 minute. Nakon pola vremena pečenja okrenite hranu.
Služite uz salatu od krastavca, rajčice i crvenog luka.

1 T griz/fina palenta 1 t soli
Prethodno zagrijte na 200°C. Izmiješajte sve sastojke u zdjeli. Stavite mješavinu u košaru. Kuhajte
30 minute. Nakon pola vremena kuhanja protresite košaru.

75g krušne mrvice 2 T peršin (nasjeckan)
1 T ribana korica limuna 50g običnog brašna
2 E 350g bakalar/koljak
Isjeckajte ribu na duge uske komade od 2 cm. U jednoj zdjeli izmiješajte krušne mrvice, peršin i
limunovu koricu. Prosijte brašno u zdjeli. Istucite jaja u zdjeli. Uvaljajte ribu u brašno, potom u
jaja i nakon toga u krušne mrvice. Položite ribu na tanjur. Pokrijte i ostavite u hladnjaku 30
minuta. Prethodno zagrijte na 180°C. Stavite ribu u košaru. Kuhajte 15 minute. Nakon pola
vremena pečenja okrenite hranu. Služite s kriškama limuna.
