Mélanger l’œuf et le lait dans un verre. Tamiser la farine dans un récipient. Ajouter le sel.

Mélanger à vitesse moyenne. Ajouter graduellement le liquide Augmenter graduellement la

vitesse jusqu’à ce que tous les ingrédients soient mixés. Laisser tomber des petites quantités du

mélange dans une poêle chaude, légèrement huilée. Laisser cuire jusqu’à ce que le wrap soit

doré des deux côtés (1 minute). Réserver et maintenir au chaud.
