a vanjski dio je čvrst, podignite košaru iz ulja i ostavite krumpiriće da se osuše i ohlade.
faza 2 – pržite 2-4 minute na 190°C. Kad postanu zlatno smeđi i hrskavi, izvadite iz ulja,
ocijedite u cjedilu obloženom kuhinjskim ručnikom.

•Kad pečete prethodno pakiranu hranu, slijedite smjernice na pakiranju ili etiketi.
