Deze kooktijden kunnen enkel als aanwijzing beschouwd worden en gelden voor verse of
volledig ontdooide etenswaren. Voeg bij bevroren etenswaren 2-3 minuten toe voor vis en
schaaldieren en 3-6 minuten voor vlees en gevogelte, afhankelijk van de dikte en dichtheid van
de etenswaren.
Volg voor het grillen van voorverpakte etenswaren de aanwijzingen op de verpakking of het
etiket.

panini met gerookte makreel (voor 1 persoon)
2 gerookte makreelfilet 3 sneetjes volkorenbrood
4 gehalveerde kerstomaatjes 1 h waterkers
saus:
2 T zure room ½ t citroenschil, geraspt
½ t citroensap 1 t zwarte peper
Meng de saus in een kom. Koel gedurende 2 uur. Spreid de makreel uit op een sneetje brood,
leg de tomaat en waterkers erop en voeg de andere snee brood toe. Laat 2-3 minuten grillen.
Doe wat saus erover.
