8 Cierre la parrilla.

RETIRE LA COMIDA

4 tomates cherry partidos por la mitad
1 h berro
salsa:
2 T crème fraiche
½ t ralladura de limón
½ t zumo de limón
1 t pimienta negra
Preparar la salsa en un bol. Dejar 2 horas en el frigorífico. Desmigar la caballa sobre una
rebanada de pan, poner encima los tomates y el berro y cubrir con la otra rebanada. Pasar por la
parrilla durante 2-3 minutos. Rociar el relleno con la salsa.
