Mélanger la sauce dans un récipient. Laisser au réfrigérateur pendant 2 heures. Émietter le

maquereau sur un tranche de pain, couvrir avec les tomates et le cresson, puis ajouter l’autre

tranche de pain. Griller pendant 2-3 minutes. Verser la sauce sur la préparation.
