Lees de instructies en bewaar ze op een veilige plaats. Als u het apparaat aan iemand doorgeeft,
geeft u dan ook de instructies mee door. Verwijder alle verpakkingsonderdelen, maar gooi ze
pas weg als u zeker weet dat het apparaat goed functioneert.

Volg de gebruikelijke veiligheidsmaatregelen, zoals:
1 Dit apparaat mag uitsluitend worden gebruikt door of onder toezicht van een volwassene.
Het apparaat moet steeds buiten het bereik van kinderen gebruikt en opgeborgen worden.
2 Dit apparaat mag niet in vloeistoffen worden ondergedompeld of in de badkamer,
in de buurt van water of in de open lucht worden gebruikt.
3 Raak de warme oppervlakten niet aan (bijv. karaf, warmhoudplaat).
4 Zelfs lange tijd nadat het water is gekookt, blijft er gevaar voor verbranding. Houd
het apparaat, en het snoer weg van de rand van werkbladen en buiten bereik van kinderen.
5 Zet het apparaat op een stabiele, vlakke, hittebestendige ondergrond.
6 Leg het snoer zodanig dat het niet uitsteekt en niemand erover kan struikelen of erachter
kan blijven haken.
7 Verwijder de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact wanneer u het niet gebruikt, voor
u het verplaatst of voor u het schoonmaakt.
8 Vul met minimum 2 kopjes water. Overschrijd echter nooit het ;: teken.
9 Plaats de karaf op de warmhoudplaat voor u het koffiezetapparaat inschakelt.
10 Als u het koffiezetapparaat wilt stopzetten terwijl deze koffie brouwt, zet u de knop op “0”.
11 Laat het apparaat ongeveer 10 minuten afkoelen voor u water toevoegt of het apparaat
opnieuw gebruikt om spatten te vermijden.
12 Plaats de koffiekan nooit in een microgolfoven.
13 Probeer de metalen band rond de kan niet aan te passen. Hierdoor kan het glas breken.
14 Houd het apparaat en het snoer verwijderd van warmhoud- en kookplaten, gaspitten e.d.
