750 g svinjine (narežite na 12-centimetrske

30 ml rastlinskega olja
2 zeleni papriki (narežite na 1–2-centimetrske

3 rdeče paprike (narežite na 12-centimetrske
koščke)
2 rumeni papriki (narežite na 1–2-centimetrske
koščke)
1 šopek mlade čebule, drobno narezane
2 beli čebuli (narežite na 1–2-centimetrske
koščke)
2 rdeči čebuli (narežite na 1–2-centimetrske
koščke)
½ ananasa (narežite na 1–2-centimetrske
koščke)
4 stroki česna, tanko narezani na majhne kocke
500 ml paradižnikovega kečapa
200 ml slivove omake
60 ml kisa iz riževega vina
100 ml worcestrske omake
200 ml omake iz ostrig
200 g kristalnega sladkorja
600 ml vode
200 ml temne sojine omake
40 g koruznega škroba
Odstranite lonec in ga dajte na kuhališče. Dodajte olje in svinjino v majhnih količinah popražite. Dodajte
vse ostale sestavine in lonec vstavite v svoj počasni kuhalnik, nato kuhajte pri nastavitvi 2 46 ur.
LEPLJIV KARAMELNI PUDING
300 g datljev, drobno narezanih
120 ml polnomastnega mleka
2 g natrijevega bikarbonata (sode)
180 g mehke moke
5 g pecilnega praška
2 g soli
3 g mešanice začimb za angleški puding
175 g svetlo rjavega sladkorja
115 g masla
2 veliki jajci
Datlje in mleko dajte v ponev in zavrite. Dodajte natrijev bikarbonat (sodo), zmešajte in pustite, da se
ohladi. Z metlico zmešajte sladkor in maslo, nato dodajte jajci po eno naenkrat, medtem ko nenehno
mešate. Presejte moko in pecilni prašek in nato vmešajte sol ter mešanico začimb za angleški puding.
Vmešajte v masleno mešanico. Lonec počasnega kuhalnika obložite z aluminijasto folijo, ki ste jo natrli z
maslom. Mešanico vlijte v skledo in kuhajte pri nastavitvi 2 2–3 ure.

15 g ingverja, tanko naribanega
3 stroki česna, tanko narezani na majhne kocke
20 ml temne sojine omake
20 g kristalnega sladkorja
200 gr kuhanega piščančjega bedra
300 g sojinih kalčkov
3 korenčki, narezani na trakove
200 gr strokov sladkornega graha, narezanih na
trakove
4 mlade čebule, tanko narezane
1 limeta, sok in lupinica
200 g testenin
10 g svežega koriandra
Sol in poper po okusu
Vse sestavine (razen testenin in koriandra) dajte v lonec počasnega kuhalnika in kuhajte pri nastavitvi 2
4–5 ur. Dodajte testenine in kuhajte tako dolgo, dokler niso kuhane. Postrezite in posujte s koriandrom.
