KLISTRETE TOFFEEPUDDING

• 300 g dadler, hakket

• 120 ml helmelk

• 2 g bikarbonat

• 180 g vanlig mel

• 5 g bakepulver

• 2 g salt

• 3 g blandet krydder

• 175 g lysebrunt sukker

• 115 g smør

• 2 store egg

Ha dadlene og melken i en stekepanne og kok opp. Tilsett bikarbonat, visp og la det kjøle seg ned. Visp

sammen sukker og smør og tilsett eggene ett etter ett under stadig omrøring. Silkt melet og bakepulveret

og bland i salt og blandet krydder. Bland dette inn i smørbladningen. Dekk «slow cookeren» med

aluminiumsfolie som har blitt gnidd inn med smør. Hell blandingen i bollen og la det koke på 2 i 2-3 timer.

NUDLESUPPE

• 1 l kyllingbuljong

• 15 g ingefær, nmalt

• 3 hvitløksbåter, nhakket

• 20 ml mørk soyasaus

• 20 g strøsukker

• 200 g kokt kyllinglår

• 300 g bønneskudd

• 3 gulrøtter kuttet i strimler

• 200 g ertebelger (mange tout), kuttet i strimler

• 4 vårløk i ne strimler

• 1 lime, juice og krydder

• 200 g nudler

• 10 g fersk koriander

• Salt og pepper etter smak

Tilsette alle ingrediensene (unntatt nudlene og koriander) i «slow cookeren» og la det koke på 2 i 4-5 timer.

Tilsett nudlene og kok til nudlene er ferdige. Strø på koriander og server.
