6 g tørret oregano
Salt og peber efter smag

SUPPE MED RØGET SVINEKØD OG BØNNER

850 ml kyllingebouillon

OKSEKØDSRAGOUT
800 g hakket kød

120 g tomatpuré

6 g chilipulver

SVINEKØD MED SUR/SØD SAUCE
750 g svinekød (Skæres i 1-2 cm stykker)
30 ml vegetabilsk olie
2 grønne peberfrugter (Skæres i 1-2 cm stykker)
3 røde peberfrugter (Skæres i 1-2 cm stykker)
2 gule peberfrugter (Skæres i 1-2 cm stykker)
1 bundt forårsløg, hakket
2 lyse løg (Skæres i 1-2 cm stykker)
2 rødløg (Skæres i 1-2 cm stykker)
½ ananas (Skæres i 1-2 cm stykker)
4 fed hvidløg, i små tern
500 ml tomatketchup
200 ml blommesauce
60 g risvins-eddike
100 ml Worcestershire Sauce
200 ml østerssauce
200 g nt brunt sukker
600 ml vand
200 g mørk soyasauce
40 g majsmel
Tag kogegryden af og stil den på komfuret. Tilsæt olie og brun svinekødet i små portioner. Tilsæt alle
ingredienserne, sæt igen kogegryden ned i langsomkogeren – og tilbered på 2 i 4-6 timer.
