Za fondi z oljem/bujonom:
a) Držaj za vilice namestite na vrh lonca, da bo med kuhanjem držalo vilice.
b) Pripravite omako.
c) Pripravite hrano in jo nabodite na vilice.
d) Hrano namakajte v olju/bujonu 2-4 minute, da se skuha.
e) Preden hrano zaužijete, preverite, ali je kuhana.
Za druge vrste fondija:
a) Pripravite fondi.
b) Pripravite hrano in jo nabodite na vilice.
c) Hrano namočite v fondi.
NEGA IN VZDRŽEVANJE
1. Odklopite napravo in pustite, da se ohladi.

S strokom česna natrite dno lonec. V lonec dodajte vino in ga pustite, da se 6 do 10 minut ogreva.
Naribajte sir. Postopoma dodajajte sir, da postane mešanica gladka. Dodajte poper in mlet muškatni oreh.
Kruh narežite v kocke. V mešanico pomočite kruh. Med obrokom počasi zmanjšujte vročino.
Kitajski fondi
350g pljučna pečenja 350 g svinjski le 750ml piščančja osnova
1 zelena 10ml sojina omaka 1 stroki česen
3-4g 5 začimb v prahu ½ čebula
10g sušene suhe gobe (čez noč jih namakajte)
Meso narežite v tanke rezine, primerne za vilico. Preostale sestavine dajte v lonec. Segrejte do vrenja, med
tem mešajte. Zmanjšajte temperaturo. Dušite 10-30 minut. Meso namakajte, dokler ni pečeno.
