EENVOUDIGE STORINGEN
Ga, alvorens de Servicedienst in te schakelen, eerst even na of u de storing zelf kunt verhelpen.
Indien de storing niet opgeheven kan worden, contact opnemen met het servicecentrum.
Storingen Mogelijke oorzaaken
nDe machine start niet: nIs de vuldeur goed gesloten?
nIs de betreffende groepzekering heel?
nIs de AAN/UIT-toets ingedrukt?
nIs de programmakiezer juist ingesteld?
nDe machine neemt geen water op: nStaat de waterkraan open?
nGeeft de kraan water? Probeert u dat even
uit.
nToevoerslang bekneld of geknikt geraakt?
nToevoerfilter verstopt?
nVuldeur goed gesloten?
nDe machine neemt wel water op,
maar dat stroomt er door de
afvoer weer uit:
nHet uitstroomeind van de afvoerslang bevindt
zich op een te laag punt, ten opzichte van de
vloer waarop de machine staat. Raadpleeg
het betreffende hoofdstuk.
nDe machine pompt niet af en/of
centrifugeert niet:
nAfvoerslang bekneld of geknikt geraakt?
nProgramma met spoelstop- en/of inweken -
functie gekozen?
nAfvoerfilter verstopt?
nEr ligt water op de vloer: nTeveel wasmiddel gebruikt?
nWasmiddel is ongeschikt omdat het teveel
schuimt? Teveel schuim veroorzaakt lekkage.
nEen van de toevoerslangwartels lekt? U ziet
nauwelijks dat er water langs de slang loopt;
voelt u dus even of de slang nat is.
nIs de wasmiddellade schoon?
nDe machine dreunt of is erg
luidruchtig:
nZijn alle transportbeveiligingen verwijderd?
nLeunt de machine ergens tegenaan?
nStaan alle stelvoeten stevig op de vloer?
nWasgoed niet goed verdeeld in de trommel?
nDe machine heeft een modern
aandrijfsysteem, dat in vergelijking met
oudere wasautomaten een afwijkend geluid
maakt. Het nieuwe aandrijfsysteem maakt de
trage aanloop bij centrifugeren mogelijk.
Hierdoor wordt de stabiliteit verbeterd.
nDe machine maakt een
ongewoon geluid:
nDe deur kan niet geopend worden: nIs de machine in bedrijf?
nIs de deur nog vergrendeld?
