• Tritare la carne tre volte e mescolare tu gli ingredien in una coppa.
Più carne e meno farina creano un involucro più consistente e gustoso.
• Tritare il composto tre volte.
• Rimuovere la lama e il disco dalla bocca.
• Montare gli accessori kibbe A e B all'albero dell' elica di alimentazione,
in corrispondenza delle sporgenze dell'alloggiamento (fig.8)
• Avvitare l'anello di fissaggio fino in fondo. Non avvitare
eccessivamente (fig.9).
• Preparare gli involucri cilindrici (fig.10).

inserire un cacciavite tra esso e la testa,
come illustrato, e sollevarlo (fig.13).
• Spostare la manopola di fissaggio, muovere
la testa secondo la direzione illustrata in
fig. 14, quindi è possibile prendere la testa.
