Most problems can be remedied as part of the competent, technical advice from our Ser-
vice Team. If this is not possible, the further procedure is outlined here.
4. If an inspection repair by the ROWI Service Centre is necessary, proceed as
follows:
P Pack appliance
Pack the appliance in the original packaging. Make sure that it is adequately padded
and protected against knocks. Transport damage is not covered within the scope of
warranty.
P Include purchase receipt
Always provide the receipt as proof of purchase. The service performance can only
be handled within the framework of the warranty if the purchase receipt is provided.
P Attach Service Form
Attach the filled out Service Form so it is clearly visible on the outside of the transport
packaging.
P Return appliance
Send the appliance to the following address (only after consultation with the ROWI
Service Centre):
