Belangrijke veiligheidsaanbevelingen
Veiligheidsinstructies en -richtlijnen
• Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig door voordat u het apparaat voor
de eerste keer gebruikt. Dit apparaat is alleen bedoeld voor huishoudelijk
gebruik. Bij commercieel gebruik, onjuist gebruik of het niet naleven van
de instructies aanvaardt de fabrikant geen verantwoordelijkheid en is de
garantie niet geldig.
• Het apparaat mag niet onbeheerd worden achtergelaten terwijl het is
aangesloten op het stopcontact.
• Haal de stekker nooit uit het stopcontact door aan het snoer te trekken.
Haal altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact:
– voordat u het waterreservoir vult of de boiler spoelt
– voordat u het apparaat reinigt,
– na elk gebruik.
• Vul het apparaat nooit rechtstreeks via de kraan.
• Het apparaat werkt niet zonder de kalkopvanger (afhankelijk van het model).
• Het apparaat moet worden gebruikt en neergezet op een vlak, stabiel en
hittebestendig oppervlak.
• Als u het strijkijzer in de houder of op een aparte voet plaatst, zorg er dan
voor dat het oppervlak waarop de houder of het aparte voetstuk is geplaatst
stabiel is.
• Plaats de aparte voet niet op de strijkplankhoes of op een zachte ondergrond.
• Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor gebruikers (waaronder kinderen) met
fysieke, visuele of mentale beperkingen, of die te weinig ervaring en kennis
hebben, tenzij ze onder toezicht staan van iemand die verantwoordelijk is
voor hun veiligheid.
• Houd toezicht op kinderen zodat ze niet met het apparaat spelen.
• Dit apparaat kan worden gebruikt door kinderen van 8 jaar en ouder en
door personen die geen ervaring of kennis hebben of die verminderde
lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke capaciteiten hebben, mits zij grondig
zijn geïnstrueerd over het gebruik van het apparaat, onder toezicht staan
