Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
Standby-Modus
Entfernen Sie alle auf dem Gerät angebrachten Schutzfolien. Entfernen Sie auch vom Display die farbige Schutz-
folie, die den Betriebszustand nachahmt.
Reinigen Sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch das Gerät sowie alle Zubehörteile.
Nähere Informationen hierzu finden Sie unter „Reinigung und Pflege“.
Das Gerät ist mit einem Standby-Modus ausgestattet. Während der Standby-Modus aktiv ist, ist das Display des
Gerätes ausgeschaltet.
• Wird die Basisstation an das Stromnetz angeschlossen und innerhalb von 1 Minute keine weitere Taste gedrückt,
schaltet das Gerät in den Standby-Modus.
• Wird die Glaskanne auf die bereits ans Stromnetz angeschlossene Basisstation aufgesetzt und innerhalb von
1 Minute keine weitere Taste gedrückt, schaltet das Gerät ebenfalls in den Standby-Modus und das Display erlischt.
• 1 Minute nach Ende der Zubereitung (inkl. Warmhaltefunktion) schaltet das Gerät in den Standby-Modus.
• Für eine sichere Ausschaltung ziehen Sie nach jedem Gebrauch den Netzstecker.

• Für die Aufstellung des Gerätes ist Folgendes zu beachten:
o Außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufstellen.
o Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine wärmebeständige, stabile und ebene Arbeitsfläche.
o Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen (Herd, Gasflamme
etc.) sowie in explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung, in der sich brennbare Flüssigkeiten
oder Gase befinden.
o
Lassen Sie auf allen Seiten des Gerätes einen Abstand von mindestens 20 cm, um Schä-
den durch Hitze oder Dampf zu vermeiden und um ungehindert arbeiten zu können
.
o Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht unter Hängeschränken, überstehenden Regalen
oder in der Nähe von feuchtigkeitsempfindlichen Gegenständen. Für ungehinderte
Luftzirkulation ist zu sorgen.
• Das Gerät nie ohne Wasser betreiben.
• Das Gerät nie mit feuchten Händen bedienen.
• Für eine sichere Ausschaltung ziehen Sie nach jedem Gebrauch den Netzstecker.
Wahl von Programmen, Brühtemperaturen, Ziehzeiten
(*) die Brühtemperatur kann von 50 °C – 100 °C in 5 °C Schritten eingestellt und dauerhaft abgespeichert werden
(**) die Ziehzeit kann von 30 Sek. – 10 Min. in 30 Sek. Schritten eingestellt und dauerhaft abgespeichert werden
