10.1 Quick cleaning during work
Fill the empty glass jug with some water and a drop of dishwashing detergent, then firmly close the
lid.
By a short activation of the Pulse function, the cleaning process gets started. The instructions under
point “9. Operation” must be adhered, too.
Then pour out the wash water and rinse the jug with clear water.
The On-the-Go Bottle can be cleaned in the same way.
10.2 Thorough cleaning after work
Clean the appliance immediately after use so that residues will not dry up.
Highly pigmented food (e. g. carrots) may stain the appliance’s plastic parts or accessories. Wipe
those parts with some cooking oil before cleaning them.
The glass jug without blade unit is dishwasher convenient.
Remove all detachable parts from the base unit.
Clean the base unit with a moist cloth and wipe it dry.
Clean all other parts in hot water with some dishwashing detergent or if suitable in the dishwasher.
Clean the blade unit in hot water with some dishwashing detergent and a cleaning brush.
Do not use any abrasives and solvents or sharp objects!
Never use a steam jet appliance for cleaning the appliance or the accessories!
11. Tips for working with the table blender
Remove stalks, pits and peels from the food. Before processing, cut large food into suitable pieces.
The higher the speed and the longer the table blender is switched on, the more intensive is the blen-
ding process and the smoother is the result.
The stated data in the below chart are approximate values and mainly depend on the freshness and
quality of the food as well as on your personal taste.
