SMOOTHIE Funktion
With this function you can prepare healthy and delicious smoothies.
Smoothies are beverages which are mixed from fresh or frozen fruits
together with fruit juices, ice, ice cream, milk or yogurt. Depending on
the individual taste, a smoothie can be prepared with a thicker or thinner
consistency.
• To start the function, press and release the right button.
Æ The pilot light of the button is shining continuously.
• At the end of the programme, the appliance automatically stops
operation.

NOTE: If the desired result is already achieved before the programme is
fi nished, the process can be stopped at any time. To do so, turn the rotary
knob to the left to position “OFF”.
How to switch off the appliance
• In order to switch off the appliance, turn the rotary knob to the left to
position „OFF“.
How to switch off the appliance permanently
• For a permanent and safe switch off, pull the power plug from
the power socket following each use!
How to refi ll ingredients
• Attention: Hazard of injury! Do not touch the running blade –
neither stir in the glass jar with a spoon or similar objects!
• Ingredients can be refi lled via the small fi lling hole in the top cover.
• First, reduce speed level.
• Remove the closing cap from the top cover.
• Pour in the ingredients gradually (respect the max. fi lling quantity!).
You can use the closing cap as a dosing aid.
• Refi t and lock the closing cap.
• Now the speed level may be increased again if necessary.
NOTE: If ingredients stick inside the glass jar, switch off the appliance and disconnect the power plug. Then
remove the ingredients from the walls of the glass jar by means of a dough scraper.
