• The grill features a lift-up foot, which permits a slant position towards the fat-collecting channel in
order to allow for low-fat grilling. This foot is attached underneath the appliance and is easy to lift up
and lock in place.
• Do not put sugar, honey, syrup or other food and ingredients with high sugar content on the Ceran
®
grill. This includes e. g. ketchup; some gill sauces (see contents on the bottle), bananas and canned fruit.
• Do not use vessels, scrapers or cutlery made of inferior plastic material, since they can melt and damage
the Ceran
®
surface. Do not use sharp objects (e.g. forks, knives) on the grill plate and do not place
aluminium foil on it. We recommend using cooking utensils made of wood.
