No caso de reclamação, deve anexar o certificado
de garantia ao assento para criança. A garantia
restringe-se a cadeira de criança para bicicleta /
automóvel que foram manuseadas correctamente
e são enviadas num estado limpo e correcto.
A garantia não se estende a:
• fenómenos naturais de desgaste e danos por
sujeições excessivas
• danos devido a uma utilização imprópria ou
incorrecta
Caso de garantia ou não?
Material: Todos os nossos materiais preenchem os
mais altos requisitos relativamente a resistência da
cor contra radiação UV. Porém, todos os tecidos
desbotam, quando são expostos à radiação UV.
Neste caso, não se trata de nenhum erro no
material, mas sim de fenómenos normais de
desgaste, para os quais não se assume qualquer
garantia.

Materiale: tutti i nostri materiali soddisfano elevati
requisiti relativamente alla resistenza dei colori
ai raggi UV. Tuttavia, tutti i tessuti sbiadiscono,
se vengono esposti ai raggi UV. A tale riguardo non
si tratta in alcun caso di un difetto del materiale,
ma di un normale fenomeno di usura, che non
è coperto da garanzia.
