5.2 Adjusting the height of the
headrest
A correctly adjusted headrest 3 ensures
that the diagonal seat belt section 6 is optimally
positioned, and gives your child the desired
protection and comfort. You can engage the height
of the headrest 3 in five positions.
• The headrest 3 must be adjusted so that there is
a space two fingers wide between the headrest 3
and your child's shoulders.
To adjust the height of the headrest 3 to fit your
child:
Move the shoulder strap adjuster 1 to its highest
position (see 4.1).
Sit your child in the child seat.
Reach into the back of the headrest 3 and pull
the headrest adjuster 8 upwards. This unlocks
the headrest 3.
You can now move the unlocked headrest 3 to
the desired height.
As soon as you release the headrest adjuster 8,
the headrest 3 will lock into place.

Pour adapter la hauteur de l'appui-tête 3 à la
taille de votre enfant, procédez comme suit :
Placez le dispositif de réglage en hauteur des
sangles

dans sa position la plus haute (voir 4.1).
Faites asseoir votre enfant dans le siège auto.
Placez votre main à l'arrière de l'appui-tête 3,
puis tirez le dispositif de réglage de l'appui-tête 8
vers le haut. L'appui-tête 3 est à présent
déverrouillé.
Vous pouvez maintenant régler l'appui-tête
déverrouillé 3 à la hauteur souhaitée.
Dès que vous relâchez le dispositif de réglage de
l'appui-tête 8, l'appui-tête 3 se bloque.
