4. Using the child safety seat
for children with a body
weight of 9 - 18 kg
4.1 Adjusting the shoulder
straps
Correctly adjusted shoulder straps
ensure optimal protection for your child in the
safety seat.
The shoulder straps 2 must lie at your child's
shoulder level or slightly above.
To adjust the height of the shoulder straps to fit
your child:
Loosen the harness straps as far as possible
(see 4.5).
Tilt the shoulder strap adjuster 1 until it
disengages.
Slide the shoulder strap adjuster 1 until the
shoulder pads are at the correct height and
reengage.
Caution! Make sure that the headrest adjuster 8
is in its lowest position.
4. Utilisation du siège auto pour
des enfants de 9 à 18 kg
4.1 Adaptation des bretelles
Les bretelles bien adaptées
garantissent que votre enfant est
efficacement maintenu dans le siège auto.
Les bretelles 2 doivent se trouver à la hauteur des
épaules de votre enfant ou un peu au-dessus.
Pour adapter la hauteur des bretelles à la taille
de votre enfant, procédez comme suit :
Desserrez les sangles autant que possible
(voir le point 4.5).
Faites basculer le dispositif de réglage en
hauteur des sangles 1 hors de son logement.
Faites glisser le dispositif de réglage en hauteur
des sangles 1 à la bonne hauteur pour les
bretelles, puis enclenchez-le dans son logement.
Attention ! Veillez à ce que le dispositif
de réglage de l'appui-tête 8 soit dans sa position
la plus basse.
