Power supply

• Use with power cord: Insert the mains cable supplied into the

mains cable socket of the control box. Connect the light head to

the control box using the cable supplied.

Press the on/off switch on the control box for about 2 seconds

to switch the control box and the light head on or off. If the

unit is in sleep mode, you can reactivate it by brieﬂy pressing

the on/off switch.

• Use with rechargeable V-Mount battery packs: Connect the bat-

tery pack(s) (not supplied) to the control box via the connector

provided and press the on/off switch for approx. 2 seconds to

switch the LED light on. For battery operation we recommend

V-Mount batteries with an energy of at least 190 Wh (Soluna

300 Pro) or 250 Wh (Soluna 500 Pro).

Compatibility of accessories:

• The LED permanent light is equipped with an umbrella holder

on the lighting head for reﬂex/transmitted light umbrellas and

the Bowens S-type bayonet for the use of various light shapers

(softboxes, reﬂectors, beauty dishes, etc.)

• Insert the light shaper with the three bayonet pins into the

corresponding recesses on the LED lighting head and lock it by

turning it brieﬂy to the right until it audibly clicks into place.

• To remove the light shaper, pull the bayonet release button to

the rear, turn the light shaper to the left and pull it off to the

front.

U-bracket:

To enable the LED light to also

be mounted from above (e.g.

on the ceiling), the unit is

attached using the useful

U bracket. You can loosen the

knobs on the sides, turn the

bracket around and mount it

again from above. This ensures

that the heat is still reliably

dissipated.

Brightness

Adjust the brightness:

• After power on, turn the adjustment knob clockwise to increase

the brightness and counterclockwise to decrease the brightness.

• The brightness can be adjusted between 0% and 100% in 1%

increments.

Lighting effects

You can use the LED permanent light to create various lighting

effects. To do this, brieﬂy press the light effect mode button to

access the effects. By brieﬂy pressing the light effect mode button

again, you can now choose between the different modes:

1: TV ﬂicker

2: Flickering light bulb

3: Fireworks

4: Thunderstorm mode

5: Flashing mode

After selecting the desired lighting effect, brieﬂy press the adjust-

ment knob to set the effect. Press once to access the brightness

setting, press again to access the frequency setting. By turning the

setting knob at a time, you can adjust the brightness between

0 – 100% and the frequency between 1 – 10. 1 describes the slo-

west and 10 the fastest frequency.

• Modes 1 and 2 run continuously, modes 3, 4 and 5 play short

light sequences. To start them, brieﬂy press the lighting effect

start button.

• To switch off the lighting effects, press the return button.

Settings menu

• Press the radio signal and light effect mode buttons simulta-

neously to enter the settings menu.

• Brieﬂy press the setting button to scroll through the options.

When an option is selected, the icon turns green. Turn the set-

ting knob to select the setting, conﬁrm by brieﬂy pressing the

setting knob and press the return key to return to the menu.

The settings menu contains the following options:

• Cooling: Auto / On / Off

• Communication: Radio signal

over 2.4 GHz / Bluetooth* /

DMX

• Reset Bluetooth*:

Yes / No

• Factory settings:

Yes / No

Cooling

• You can switch the cooling system of the LED light on or off.

To do this, go to the settings menu and switch off the cooling

system via the ﬁrst setting point. The symbol in the display

indicates whether the cooling system is switched on or off.

• Please note that when the cooling system is switched off, the

LED light can only be operated at a maximum output of 30% to

protect it from overheating. This reduced power is nevertheless

indicated as 100% power.
