Die Explorer II ist für Forscher und
Entdecker die Referenz unter den Uhren.
Mit einem zusätzlichen 24-Stunden-Zeiger
und einer feststehenden Lünette mit
24-Stunden-Graduierung ausgestattet,
ermöglicht sie das gleichzeitige
Ablesen von zwei Zeitzonen und die
Unterscheidung zwischen Tag und Nacht.
Das bis zu einer Tiefe von 100Metern
wasserdichte 42-mm-Gehäuse ist der
Inbegriff von Robustheit. Die Chromalight-
Indizes und -Zeiger sind mit einer blauen,
lange nachleuchtenden Leuchtmasse
beschichtet, wodurch beste Ablesbarkeit
des Zifferblatts auch im Dunkeln
gewährleistet ist. Die Aufzugs krone wird
durch in den Mittelteil eingelassene
Nocken geschützt. Das extrem kratzfeste
Saphirglas ist mit einer Zykloplupe auf
der 3-Uhr-Positionversehen.
Die Explorer II verfügt über ein voll-
ständig von Rolex hergestelltes
mechanisches Manufakturwerk mit auto-
matischem Selbstaufzugsmechanismus.
Die Explorer II besitzt ein Oyster-Band
mit Oysterlock-Sicherheitsschließe und
komfortabler Easylink-Verlängerung.
