DRUM-mode
In deze mode zendt de PK-6 nootcommando’s waarmee
u drumpartijen kunt spelen.
Er zijn twee toewijzingssets (zogenaamde “Maps”) voor
de pedalen van de PK-6. “drM” is de voorgeprogram-
meerde toewijzing, die niet kan worden overschreven.
“drU” kan daarentegen vrij geprogrammeerd worden,
wat dus toelaat de gewenste klanken aan te sturen.
Beide “Maps” bevatten bij levering al zinvolle toewijzin-
gen voor GM/GM2/GS-compatibele klankbronnen.

Druk op de [DRUM]-voetschakelaar om de
DRUM-mode te selecteren (Factory Set).
De DRUM-indicator licht op en het display beeldt de
volgende boodschap af:

Speel op de pedalen.
De PK-6 zendt nu de volgende nootcommando’s:
Hiermee kunt u de belangrijkste drumklanken (bas-
drum, rim, snare, hihat, toms enz.) van een GM/GM2/
GS-compatibele module aansturen.
Aanvankelijk hanteert de DRUM-mode MIDI-kanaal “10”
dat aan de drumpartij van de arrangerinstrumenten van
Roland is toegewezen. Op blz. 151 leggen we uit hoe u een
ander MIDI-kanaal voor de DRUM-mode kiest.

Druk opnieuw op de [DRUM]-voetschakelaar
om het “User”-geheugen te kiezen.
Het display beeldt de volgende boodschap af:
Dit is de tweede toewijzingsset voor nootnummers.
(Als u [DRUM] opnieuw indrukt, wordt opnieuw
“drM” afgebeeld, d.w.z. de fabriekstoewijzing.)

Speel op de pedalen.
Als u de “drU”-toewijzingen niet gewijzigd hebt,
zendt de PK-6 de volgende nootnummers:
Onder “Drum User Edit” op blz. 155 wordt uitgelegd
hoe u andere nootnummers voor de “drU”-mode
kiest.
